Heavy Step

The heavy step is one of Skylar’s favorite hesitation moves to use in games!

In this drill players will receive a pass from the Dish and dribble planting their left foot, opening up and turn their hips to attack downhill. Players will then shoot a variety of different shots like downhill finishes, and pull-ups.
