It’s a combination of genres gamers never imagined uniting, but this unique mod is proving to be handy for trolls.

Five Nights At Hearts Of Iron IV Is Taking Years Off Players’ Lives

Titled the “Five Nights at Hearts of Iron IV” mod by Krumtum, this add-in was created with the intent of making Hearts of Iron 4 scarier for strategists. Every day, players have a 1% chance of encountering a FNAF jumpscare during gameplay, and Steam users reckoned this mod would be the “perfect solution to troll people”. Located on the mod’s Steam page, a user recommended making a collection of quality of life mods to discreetly add the FNAF mod, which would more than likely go unnoticed in the list. Other comments on Steam came from users who had forgotten they had downloaded the mod, and therefore, got the fright of their lives (to put it politely) when the jumpscare occurred.
