5 Spots, 3 Shots with Skylar Diggins-Smith

5x WNBA All-Star Skylar Diggins-Smith has a great drill for players to work on getting a ton of game-like reps up in a short amount of time! Check out the full breakdown in the video below!

In this drill, players will be shooting 3 shots from 5 different spots. Players will shoot at the corner, wing, top of the key, opposite wing, and opposite corner.

• Players will shoot 3 different shots at each spot before moving on.
• For the first shot, players will catch the pass and shoot.
• On the second shot, players will one dribble and pull up to the left
• For the final shot, players will one dribble and pull up to the right

The goal of this drill is to get a lot of purposeful and game-speed reps up!
