Watch: LSU stuns Ole Miss with game-winning overtime TD
LSU never held the lead for a single second of game time Saturday against Ole Miss. But they got ahead when it mattered most.
No. 13 LSU outlasted No. 9 Ole Miss in a 29-26 overtime affair at Tiger Stadium in Baton Rouge, La.
The Tigers trailed 23-16 with just over three minutes remaining in the fourth quarter. Facing a 4th-and-5 on Ole Miss’ 23, LSU quarterback Garrett Nussmeier found wide receiver Aaron Anderson in the end zone for a game-tying touchdown to force OT.
