Concord & Astro Bot – This Week’s Winners & Losers
Astro Bot’s return came at just the right time to pull Sony out of the deep hole called Concord the studio dug for itself after an embarrassing run-time of just 11 days.
Compared to years of development and over $200 Million spent on the now shut-down live-service game, the latest platformer title that now stands as a solid candidate for Game of The Year award was developed by a team of nearly 60 members and less than half the development time.
The Astro Bot adventure lets the player clear different levels and rescue other bots while battling unique bosses and witnessing nostalgic elements from the PlayStation’s long-living legacy.
