NC State quarterback Grayson McCall suffered a frightening injury during Saturday’s game after taking a huge hit.

McCall took an enormous hit while scrambling in the first quarter against Wake Forest. The quarterback was hit so hard, his helmet came off immediately, and he laid motionless on the field while teammates signaled for help.
