Duke’s main attraction this season for college basketball fans and NBA scouts alike will surely be Maine native Cooper Flagg, who coincidentally begins his college career against the top program from his home state. Flagg had a bit of an up-and-down preseason, dropping 22 points, six assists and four blocks against Lincoln but struggling against the only major program he faced, scoring nine points on 3-of-9 shooting with just four rebounds and no blocks or steals against Arizona State.
