Conor McGregor's bizarre reaction to scary BKFC knockout

Conor McGregor has produced many unforgettable moments when in attendance at a bare-knuckle boxing event, and his time at BKFC 68 was no different.

‘The Notorious’ has been busy growing his financial empire in his absence from competing. Earlier this year, the Irishman decided to dip his toe into the business side of combat sports when he acquired a stake in the surging promotion Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship.

Conor McGregor has made several appearances at BKFC events since the acquisition. In his latest showing, McGregor had an incredibly strange reaction to a devastating knockout.

Initially, McGregor shared a celebratory drink of his Forged Irish Stout with the victor and admired the fighters handiwork at BKFC 68. 

During the celebrations, the former UFC champion can be heard shouting slurs at the loser and laughing, clearly enjoying what he had just witnessed.

That joy quickly turned sour when medics rushed to the unconscious man’s aid. The medical team were forced to provide him with an oxygen tank, causing McGregor’s reaction to swiftly change.

The knockout that spurred the unusual reaction from McGregor was courtesy of Ben Bonner.

Bonner landed a devastating right hand that left his previously undefeated opponent Lewis Keen staring into the abyss on the canvas.

‘The Bomber’ managed to extend his BKFC record to an impressive 3-1. Throughout his four-fight career in the bare-knuckle ring, the power-puncher has shown why he is the perfect addition to the roster, with each of his fights ending by way of knockout.

Half of the matchups on the 12-bout card ended by way of knockout, but arguably none came close to the scary stoppage in the battle of the two Brits.
