Dodgers left-hander Clayton Kershaw said on the FOX pregame show before Game 2 of the NLCS on Monday that he will return next season.
“I’m going to come back next year and give it a go,” the 36-year-old said.
Kershaw, who was shut down because of a bone spur in his left big toe, was limited to seven starts this season, going 2-2 with a 4.50 ERA.
