With their unusual feud now seemingly coming to an end, Conor McGregor has shared some potentially groundbreaking advice for Sean O’Malley.
Despite idolizing McGregor, ‘Suga’ found himself in a war of words with the Irishman on social media. The pair fired shots back-and-forth and it looked like any relationship the two had was gone.
Now, the superstars seem to be back in each other’s good books. During a recent podcast appearance, Sean O’Malley spoke highly of his idol.
“[Conor McGregor] played an important role in my career,” O’Malley said. “It always will be an inspiration to me at some point.”
“Right now, I wouldn’t say be necessarily is… He has a big family now, a bunch of kids, and I hope he’s doing well.”

In response to the kind words, Conor McGregor made a proposal to Sean O’Malley.
McGregor insisted that, if the former UFC bantamweight champion follows in his footsteps, he will reclaim his title.
“Sean is a fighting legend!” McGregor stated in response to O’Malley’s comments. “UFC champion and an incredible superstar!”
“I would love, love, love to see, and I can set it up fully, himself and his long time coach, Tim Welch, do a stint in Ireland.”
“A 4 week run at SBG Ireland under John [Kavanagh’s] coaching and I am telling you he would regain his title.”
“He has a shot at regaining it for sure, but for himself, and also his coach to spend a good month, not a long time, but a good solid month under coach Kav at SBG…”
“They would take heaps of knowledge back with them and onward to regain the gold. I would love to see it!”
