Haliburton was unable to finish the season due to several injuries, but especially his left hamstring. I asked him, now that the season is over, if he was more hurt than he was willing to share during their playoff run (for obvious reasons). “That’s not really for me to talk about,” he said, not making any excuses. “You see how I played, you guys can make that assumption yourself. Everybody saw what happened and saw how I was feeling. I was on every injury report the whole year. So, yeah, it sucks, but hopefully this summer I can have a healthy, successful summer and go into the next season with no problems.” -via Fieldhouse Files / June 15, 2024
