The Giants and Panthers are both 2-7 this season and according to NFLGSIS, are ranked 16th and 14th, respectively, with New Orleans (also 2-7) at No. 15.
This game could decide draft seeding, however. Currently, as per Tankathon, there are seven teams tied at the top of the draft order with 2-7 records.
The tiebreaker is based on strength of schedule, with the teams who have faced the easiest schedules on top.
The current order is as follows: New England, Jacksonville, New Orleans, Carolina, Cleveland, Las Vegas and, of course, the Giants because few things are going right for them right now.
