New York Giants quarterback Daniel Jones is down after an ugly season-opening performance against the Minnesota Vikings and that has signaled to some that it’s time to pile on.
Shortly after Giants fans waited in the parking lot to taunt Jones on Sunday evening, one of his former teammates, cornerback Janoris Jenkins, also took the opportunity to punch down.
“Dan Dan the Doodoo Man,” Jenkins posted on X. “I love the guy, he’s just not (an) NFL QB.”
Jenkins continued taunting Jones over a 24-hour period, posting videos of fans burning his jerseys and encouraging other fans to boo him any time they saw him.
“Send some toilet paper to da giants facility for Dan Dan da Doodoo Man. He needs it,” Jenkins said in another post.
Jones and Jenkins were teammates for 13 games during the 2019 season. That was the same year the Giants waived Jenkins in December after he slammed the team’s coaches and made extremely derogatory comments towards a fan who had criticized his underwhelming play.
Now, the shoe is on the other foot.

Jones is catching heat from every direction, and the only way he’ll be able to stop it is to step up his game on the field.
